Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Administration: Process policy updates, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations with precision and timeliness.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Claims Assistance: Support clients through the claims process, coordinating documentation and tracking claim progress.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, prepare reports, and conduct compliance audits.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with insurance agents, sales teams, and internal departments.

Qualifications:
STRONG Customer Service experience (3 years preferred)STRONG Account Management experience (3 years preferred)
