As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the best experience possible. You will handle complex inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships with our clients. You will also support our customer service team, provide mentorship, and contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency.
What will you do day-to-day?
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to manufacturing and distribution products and services.
- Provide expert guidance to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Handle escalated issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Assist in the training and development of junior customer service staff.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive operational improvements.
Who are you?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service within the manufacturing or distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of product offerings, supply chain processes, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
- Proven track record in resolving complex customer issues and building long-term relationships.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
