Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HRIS Analyst to support our HR technology initiatives. This 6-month contract role focuses on HR systems, data integrity, and integrations, with an emphasis on UKG (Ultimate Software), SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, and LMS platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in HRIS system implementations, integrations, and project-related activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless system functionality.

Key Responsibilities
- HRIS Integrations: Manage and support HRIS integrations between UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, and LMS platforms.
- Data Integrity & System Maintenance: Maintain and improve HR data accuracy, including eligibility and enrollment rules, benefits procedures, and system configurations.
- System Enhancements & Implementations: Assist with system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades, ensuring smooth integration with other business applications.
- Reporting & Analytics: Utilize database tools to develop HR reports and dashboards, supporting HR decision-making.
- Troubleshooting & System Optimization: Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot HRIS-related issues and optimize system performance.
- Project Support: Participate in project activities, including testing, documentation, and end-user training.
- HR Technology Strategy: Ensure HR technology aligns with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of HRIS experience, preferably with HR systems implementation.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, HRIS database structures, and integration methods.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, including UKG (Ultimate Software), SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, and LMS systems.
- Key Competencies:
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
