- Utilize a logical and objective approach to analyze complex situations, provide sound counsel, and effectively resolve employee and management concerns.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Proactively guide the organization through change and growth initiatives.
- Oversee and manage all HR functions within the CES Support Center, ensuring adherence to company policies, processes, and systems.
- Partner with center leadership to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Design and implement creative programs to boost employee engagement and retention. Monitor trends and proactively recommend or take action to enhance the employee experience.
- Lead onboarding efforts to ensure new hires are properly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional customer service. Guide change management initiatives.
- Guide managers through performance evaluation and compensation processes. Address payroll and benefit-related inquiries. Lead the center's open enrollment.
- Equip managers with the necessary training and coaching to excel in leadership, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks.
