About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong leader who can drive process improvements, implement HR best practices, and support both employees and leadership. You’ll oversee all core HR functions, from employee relations and compliance to performance management and compensation analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of five HR professionals, including specialists in onboarding, payroll, recruiting, and general HR functions.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, open enrollment, compensation analysis, and compliance.
- Drive HR process improvements and implementation to support a growing workforce.
- Play a key role in the company’s transition to a new HRIS and optimize HR systems.
- Serve as a strategic business partner while maintaining a strong presence on the ground.
- Foster an engaging, compliant, and high-performance culture while balancing leadership and employee advocacy.
What You Bring
- 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven leadership experience, managing teams and implementing HR processes at scale.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to execute and lead change effectively.
