IT Systems Specialist
Location: North Charleston, SC (100% On-site with flexibility for personal appointments)
Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 Base Salary Profit-Sharing Bonus (7–12%)

What will your day look like?
- Manage and support all internal IT systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the company's MSP to handle escalations, system upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
- Serve as the point person for IT support – from helping employees in the office to supporting construction sites when needed.
- Assist with basic networking and server support in a primarily Windows-based environment.
- Track IT assets, coordinate with vendors, and manage software licenses.
Who are you?
- Experienced IT Generalist: 5 years of experience supporting Windows environments, networking equipment, and enterprise systems.
- Support-Oriented: Comfortable providing hands-on tech support, troubleshooting devices, and helping less technical users.
- Personable and Adaptable: You know how to work with internal customers in a blue-collar environment and communicate technical solutions clearly.
- Bonus Points For: Experience in construction, field-based tech support, or having worked at or with an MSP.
