Job Summary: The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships to drive sales growth. This role involves generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with key decision-makers, including Facility Directors, Chief Engineers, General Managers, VP and C-Suite-level leaders, and other industry influencers. Utilizing a consultative sales approach, the Relationship Manager will identify viable target clients, reach decision-makers, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial decision-makers and referral partners to grow a portfolio of clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and providing ongoing support.
- Conduct in-person sales meetings and presentations.
- Plan and manage sales appointments and follow up on leads promptly.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales support to enhance the customer experience.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and generate regular activity reports.
- Network with industry professionals and participate in trade events.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Represent company values and adhere to safety standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a service industry.
- Experience with insurance agents, contractors, or property managers is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and sales skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Results-driven with strong attention to detail.
