This role offers the opportunity to oversee a multi-site manufacturing network, drive operational excellence, and lead key initiatives in efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.

Senior Director of Operations – Multi-Site Manufacturing

📍 Location: Missouri (Multiple Site Options)

💰 Compensation: $225,000 - $250,000 Base Salary 25% Bonus Long-Term Incentives (LTI)

📅 Schedule: Hybrid (On-Site 3 Days/Week at Manufacturing Locations)

What will your day look like?

• Multi-Site Operations Leadership: Oversee five manufacturing locations, ensuring alignment with company objectives in safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Operational Optimization: Implement VA/VE, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives to improve throughput, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• P&L & Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide financial oversight and operational forecasting, leveraging ERP data (MAPEX & Syteline) to drive performance improvements.
• People & Culture Development: Champion safety, workforce engagement, and accountability, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Strategic Expansion & M&A Support: Partner with leadership on plant consolidations and acquisitions to support long-term growth.

Who are you?

• Experienced Operations Leader: 10 years of leadership experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing & Assembly Expertise: Background in machining, welding, metal fabrication, or industrial assembly with a focus on lean and continuous improvement.
• Collaborative & Hands-On: A strategic thinker who is highly engaged with plant teams, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• ERP & Data-Driven Mindset: Strong understanding of ERP systems to support operational forecasting and cost optimization.
• Growth-Oriented Professional: Open to career advancement opportunities within the business, with potential to transition into a General Manager or Business Unit Leader role.
