Job Description: As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our finance department, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and organizational policies.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
- General Ledger and Reconciliations, Aging Reports, and Payroll Processing
- Audit Support: Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality or nonprofit sectors.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as PeachTree, Sage50, and Microsoft Office Suite.
