This is a high-impact leadership role with direct oversight of development projects across North and South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on leader with strong project management and relationship-building skills.
VP of Operations – Land Development
📍 Location: Chapel Hill, NC (On-Site)
💰 Compensation: $160,000–$190,000 TARGET Base, but significant flexibility available for highly experienced candidates Performance-Based Bonus (up to 100%)
