Job Description :
We are expanding the team! The Asset Management and Process Digitalisation department of the Innovation directorate leads the development and deployment of solutions that support the management of asset information across the lifecycle of the asset. We carry out from proof of concepts and pilots related to innovative technologies (Extended Reality, digital twins, simulation, etc.) to the deployment and support of scalable asset management solutions across the different business units of Ferrovial. We are looking for a full-time Asset Management Business and Support Analyst to join the team.
The main functions of the candidate will be
- Leading the deployment of different technological solutions across Ferrovial US business units.
- Main point of contact with key stakeholders to capture business requirements, user stories and workflows.
- Lead the user acceptance testing and training when deploying different technological products (EAM, digital twins, demand platform, etc.) across the business
- Prepare test plans based on the user requirements and carry out internal testing of different solutions / proof of concepts
- Work collaboratively with project managers and solutions technical team, based in Spain.
- Manage the support of the different technological solutions deployed.
- Performing test plans and validation of different solutions.
- Manage different suppliers to deliver both projects and support service.
