What You’ll Do:
- Support Coaches: Manage and resolve coaching-related inquiries via case system and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze and Report: Utilize various reports to assess coaching needs and determine outreach strategies.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with coaches by providing accurate information and timely responses.
- Develop Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our coaching programs, tools, and products to effectively assist coaches.
- Handle High-Stakes Situations: Demonstrate emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills in challenging or escalated cases.
- Detail-Oriented: You have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to accuracy and follow-up.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Problem Solver: Able to assess complex issues, think critically, and provide effective resolutions.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with coaches professionally.
- Experienced Professional: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, coaching support, or a related role. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
