What You’ll Do

As a Bookkeeper at Festival Foods, your responsibilities will include

• Ensure Department Standards Maintain bookkeeping standards while ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with Teams Work cooperatively with the Store Director, department managers, and bookkeeping associates to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Provide Excellent Guest Service Assist guests on the sales floor or by telephone, addressing concerns, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
• Lead by Example Support your team by assisting associates with their daily tasks, contributing to the department’s overall cleanliness and organization.
• Honor Commitments Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
• Support the Team Other duties as assigned.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

To succeed as a Festival Foods Bookkeeper, you should have

• Education High School Education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Guest-Focused Approach Ability to interact effectively and tactfully with guests and staff.
• Team Player Strong communication skills and the ability to support your team, even in challenging situations.
• Attention to Detail Good written and oral communication skills and a strong focus on maintaining accuracy in tasks.

Work Schedule

The Bookkeeper position can be either part-time or full-time, with flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
