Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, enhance brand visibility, and boost sales through various e-commerce platforms.
Duties
- Product Listing & Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings with high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and keyword-rich content.
- Amazon SEO & PPC Management: Research keywords, run advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC), and optimize for better conversions.
- Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely order fulfillment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, handle returns, and maintain high seller ratings and positive reviews.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze sales data, ad performance, and market trends to improve strategies.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all listings and operations comply with Amazon’s guidelines and policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC, SEO, and product listing best practices.
- Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar for product research.
- Good analytical skills to interpret sales data and improve performance.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with other e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA and FBM fulfillment models.
- Basic graphic design skills for listing images

Pay: $21.68 - $25.00 per hour
