What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Associate position at Festive Board Catering?
The Festive Board Deli is looking to Retail Associates for our Storefront Deli, located in the Queensgate Towne Center.
We are specifically looking for reliable & detail-oriented individuals who are available to work until 7PM Tuesday-Saturday and who would be responsible for:
- Learning about specialty products available
- Executing evening shift duties / closing duties
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assisting customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Demonstrating product knowledge and effectively communicate technical specifications to customers
- Conducting sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining clean and organized equipment, dining area, etc. including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Answering phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism
- Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales
- Good phone etiquette and communication/customer service skills
- Ability to work until 7:30/8:00 p.m. and Saturdays as needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Some experience with food service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
