We are a full-service event décor provider. We offer: event design & conception, event décor creation and rental, tent rental, linen and chair cover rental, event draping, event lighting, theme props, custom prop creation, catering rental needs, and fresh floral design.

Job Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Event Design & Implementation
- Assist in creative brainstorming & event conception
- Create event orders based on Designers mood boards
- Assist in the execution of event décor plans, diagrams, photos, mock-ups, and storyboards
- Account client/subscription orders and follow-up
- Thorough documentation in database system of client orders and vision
- Preparation of planning documents in order to fulfill client events and prepare onsite staff
Sales
- Phone & in-person consultations
- Responding to customer inquiries, developing quotes and proposals
- Sales follow-up
- Assistance in general company marketing efforts
- Assist Manager, Event Design Sales by expediting turnaround time to client
- Identify & create efficiencies within rental software
Event & Office Procedures
- Participation in companywide efforts to streamline efforts and implement procedures
- Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and actively participate in new initiatives
- Active participation in furthering company goals and company reputation
Event Operations
- Lead key event sets and oversee a team of onsite event staff
- Become familiar and document venue policies to ensure proper quoting to clients

- History of building positive relationships with venue partners and facility managers.
- Ability to conserve and protect company assets.
- Maintain a clear and organized work environment.
- Required to stand and walk for extended periods, often 8 hours per day.
- Work involves frequent bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and kneeling.
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in all Minnesota weather conditions year-round (extreme heat, cold, rain, snow).
- May be exposed to variable temperatures between indoor and outdoor environments.
- Must be able to safely navigate various terrain including stairs, ramps, unpaved surfaces, and uneven ground.
- Manual dexterity required for handling delicate décor items and equipment.
- May require working at heights on secure ladders or lifts.
- Ability to maintain balance while carrying items.
- May be exposed to typical event environment elements including but not limited to: dust, pollen, and other airborne particles; various cleaning solutions and materials; variable noise levels; variable lighting conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and foster collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
