Position Overview
As our Manager, Inventory Warehouse, you'll be at the heart of our growing rental operation, playing a crucial role in our company's success. This isn't just a management position—it's an opportunity to shape systems, develop people, and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment where inventory is our lifeline. Your leadership will transform our vital operations that directly impact our business performance.
Your Team & Responsibilities
You'll manage a team of 2-3 full-time employees, each responsible for a critical aspect of our inventory process:
- Post-production processing and recovery
- Pre-production pulling and preparation
- Warehouse operations, pulling support, driving, and loading
As we grow, you'll also oversee an additional 2-5 part-time employees, with opportunities to expand your team.

What You'll Do (And Why You'll Love It!)
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order pulling, and return processing
- Develop and implement inventory control systems to track rental items throughout their lifecycle
- Review, validate, and process contracts to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Manage inventory levels, condition assessments, and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with Event Production team to ensure seamless handoff of prepared event materials
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliations
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces that maximize efficiency and accessibility
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce errors
- Oversee order close-out procedures and post-event inventory returns
- Train warehouse staff on proper inventory handling and system procedures
- Collaborate with purchasing to ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Generate inventory reports to support business decision-making
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards in the warehouse
What You'll Bring to Our Team
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management systems and/or willingness to learn
- Proficiency with Google Suite and basic computer skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, stoop, and bend at the waist and knees for extended periods
- Must pass a background check

Hours & Schedule
- Full-time position, primarily Monday through Friday; other event days as needed (weekends and holidays) and MOD coverage rotationally
- Typical business hours with occasional flexibility needed during peak seasons
- Limited weekend work may be required during exceptionally busy periods
