What you'll be doing :
- Receive Service Requests : Take inbound calls or monitor systems for incoming service requests from customers, clients, or team members.
- Coordinate Dispatch : Schedule and assign tasks to service technicians, drivers, or field agents based on urgency, availability, and location.
- Track Dispatches : Monitor the progress of dispatched personnel, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Provide Support : Assist field personnel by relaying important information, handling client updates, and offering guidance if issues arise during dispatch.
- Maintain Records : Accurately document all dispatches, customer communications, and service updates in the dispatching system or CRM.
- Prioritize Urgent Requests : Quickly assess incoming requests and prioritize urgent or high-priority jobs to ensure timely service.
- Problem Resolution : Address any issues or delays with dispatches, resolving problems quickly to minimize service disruption.
- Communicate with Clients : Update customers on dispatch status, estimated arrival times, and service completions, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with service technicians, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth service delivery.
