Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of residential HVAC systems.
- Work alongside experienced installers to learn best practices.
- Use various HVAC tools and equipment (shears, drills, tape measures, etc.).
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards.
- Ability to work with hand and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- Frequent use of hands for handling tools and materials.
- Regularly required to lift/move objects between 10-75 lbs.
- Work performed in residential settings (attics, garages, crawl spaces, roofs).

- Occasional use of ladders and balancing on uneven surfaces.
