What You'll Do
As our Social Media Specialist, you will be the voice and lens of our operation. With a few years of experience in social media management under your belt, you’ll craft engaging content that highlights our customer experiences, our bustling warehouse operations, and the personalities that drive our success. You’ll be responsible for creating a daily stream of authentic and impactful content across Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, Reddit, and X, ensuring our audience sees both the behind-the-scenes magic and the operational excellence that sets us apart.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Visitor Engagement:
- Interview customers and craft testimonial shorts that showcase how our fast and reliable fulfillment process helps our customers succeed.
- Interview all warehouse visitors, capturing their experiences and sharing engaging video content based on this.
Content Creation & Video Production:
- Shoot “day in the life” video shorts featuring our CEO, our dedicated staff, and our shipping carriers to highlight the positive and hard-working atmosphere in our facility.
- Develop content around new customer launches and product drops, producing collaborative posts with our customers.
Systems & Tech Walkthroughs:
- Create walkthroughs of our state-of-the-art systems, including 24/7 cameras, real-time dashboards, and our customer-facing Slack channels, to give our audience an insider look at our operations.
Pre-Sales Support:
- Monitor social media & review sites to identify good-fit brands who need our service and put them in touch with our sales team.
- Do customer-experience reviews by ordering from targeted brands, documenting every step of the post-purchase journey, and sharing Fetch's professional fulfillment feedback with brands - ideally leading to qualified sales calls.
Who We're Looking For
Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years in social media management, preferably with experience in content creation for physical environments.
Skills:
- Proven video production and editing skills.
- Strong interviewing and storytelling abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
