About Us:
Fetch! Pet Care is looking for a Local Marketing Manager to join our team in Dallas. This dynamic role is perfect for a flexible self-starter who is passionate about pets, marketing, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a well-trained, motivated staff.
- Execute social media strategies by creating and scheduling posts, stories, and reels to drive engagement.
- Implement “boots-on-the-ground” marketing campaigns to attract clients and grow the business.
- Demonstrate flexibility with 9 AM–1 PM availability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications:
- Professional pet care experience is a plus! (e.g., pet sitter, vet tech, groomer).
- Experience in retail or hospitality management is a must.
- Proven experience in leading teams.
- Strong social media skills and the ability to create engaging content.
- Highly detail-oriented with superb organizational abilities.
- A positive, flexible attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ideal Background:
We encourage applicants with experience as store managers, hotel managers, dog walkers, pet sitters, retail managers, assistant managers, hospitality managers, key holders, shift leads, vet techs, dog daycare managers, or supervisors.
Preferred Experience:
- Pet sitting: 2 years
- Dog walking: 2 years
