About the role :
The Director of Workplace Experience and Security Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the Fetch Workplace experience including physical spaces and remote working solutions, ensuring they align with Fetch’s values and business objectives. This role will lead a team to deliver exceptional employee experiences, drive operational and financial efficiency, and ensure the safety and security of all Fetch employees.

Workplace Experience and Strategy :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace strategy that supports both on-site and remote work models
- Create engaging and inspiring workspaces that prioritize employee well-being, productivity, and collaboration
- Oversee the design, construction, and renovation of office spaces, ensuring they meet the needs of a hybrid workforce
- Manage workplace services such as food and beverage, facilities management, and security, ensuring seamless delivery for both on-site and remote employees.

Compensation :
At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
