About the Role :
The next step in evolving our shopper journey will be hiring a Senior Program Manager, Agencies. This role will report to the General Manager, Agencies in our Sales organization and will support Fetch’s growing partnerships and revenue growth across the Agency ecosystem.
Location :
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities :
- Serve as a subject matter expert within Fetch’s agency ecosystem, educating Agency partner stakeholders and keeping them up to date on the Fetch product suite.
- Curate and maintain an Agency Hub as a singular resource for knowledge management, including agency partnership plans, agency sales collateral, relationship maps, case studies and more.
- Contribute to engagements with key Agency partners, and ensure the continuing health and productivity of our valued relationships.
- Oversee the delivery of partnership performance, reviewing data to manage timelines, progress, and relevant KPIs.
- Liaise with agency customers and internal stakeholders, relaying feedback back to the team for process improvements.
- Prepare materials for quarterly business reviews and other key partner touchpoints in a manner that continuously improves the relationship between Fetch and partners.
- Maintain cross-functional collaboration / program management capabilities and communications within and outside of Sales, including marketing, product and analytics.
- Develop relationships with account personnel across all verticals in Sales, maximizing growth with their partners and surfacing themes across the agencies they work with (performance themes, potential risks, product opportunities, etc).

Salary : $127,750 - $166,152
