About the Role
As a QA Analyst, you will take ownership of the testing process for complex software systems. Working closely with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will lead testing initiatives, champion quality practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development lifecycle. Your deep understanding of testing methodologies, risk identification, and user advocacy will ensure that we deliver robust and reliable software solutions.
In your tool bag :
- Define and execute testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage and quality for product features and releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria, align on release readiness, and resolve issues effectively.
- Identify risk areas throughout the SDLC and advocate for solutions that optimize quality and user experience.
- Develop, maintain, and improve testing artifacts, ensuring accessibility and relevance for the team.
- Drive root cause analysis of incidents and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Mentor and guide team members, sharing expertise and fostering a growth-oriented environment.
- Advocate for Agile principles and contribute to the continuous improvement of the SDLC process.
- Contribute to organizational QA initiatives, collaborating with guild members to align practices and achieve shared objectives.
