About the Role :
We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to drive the development of tools and processes that enhance collaboration across our product, sales, and engineering teams. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing internal tooling, identifying and resolving technical challenges, and streamlining workflows to improve efficiency and scalability. Your work will play a critical role in empowering Fetch teams to deliver the right solutions while enabling our sales team to create more rewarding experiences for our users.
What you’ll do at Fetch (Role Responsibilities) :
- Own the project roadmap and lead the successful development of internal tooling to drive operational excellence
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, product, and sales teams to define requirements, align priorities, and ensure seamless collaboration
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in close coordination with engineering, providing actionable recommendations and improvements
- Streamline workflows by developing and optimizing processes that enhance operational efficiency and scalability
- Dive deep into data, leveraging SQL and pattern recognition to identify root causes of issues and drive informed decision-making
- Establish rigorous testing and debugging processes to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of internal tools
- Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation to support knowledge sharing and guide teams across the organization
- Champion continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) through best practices and innovation
- Act as the primary liaison between receipt processing teams and the broader organization, ensuring alignment and operational support
- Define and implement best practices to prioritize impactful changes and updates that maximize business value
