About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead and manage the recruitment process for our technical teams within University hiring initiatives and programs. In addition to managing full-cycle recruitment for our University initiatives, developing programs, and establishing data and reporting, you will play a pivotal role in helping source and recruit across Machine, Software Engineering, Product, and Data full-time hiring efforts. This includes building a robust top-of-funnel candidate pipeline and closing candidates for Intern, Apprentice, and Full-Time tech positions. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify hiring needs, build strong technical teams, and align recruiting strategies with organizational goals. Scope of Responsibilities :
- Recruitment Management :
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles at all levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Develop strategies for building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline for full-time tech roles.
- University Hiring & Programs :
- Lead initiatives for University hiring, including campus recruiting, career fairs, and establishing relationships with academic institutions.
- Develop and manage university programs to attract early-career talent and nurture future full-time hires.
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations and optimize hiring processes.
- Process Improvement :
- Identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Scalable Programs :
- Develop and execute scalable recruiting programs and initiatives that support company growth across technical functions.
- Market Insights :
- Stay informed about industry trends, compliance factors, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to continuously inform recruitment strategies.
