Key Responsibilities
- Referring Veterinarian Liaison:
- Serve as the main point of contact for referring veterinarians and their teams
- Direct cases to the appropriate services and address questions or concerns
- Medical Record Management:
- Review medical records from referring teams to ensure all necessary information is included
- Audit and ensure completeness of medical records
- Create and send clinical summaries to referring doctors
- Community Engagement:
- Foster relationships with the veterinary community by identifying and addressing their needs
- Partner with the marketing team to organize veterinary education events for our referral partners and their teams.
- Guest Coordination:
- Facilitate pre-appointment communication with new guests to provide a welcoming experience
- Personally greet and onboard new guests during their first visit
- Conduct follow-ups after visits or hospitalization
