Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Referral Coordinator to join our Guest Services team in Greenville, SC.
The Referral Coordinator will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the flow of referrals from guests, referring veterinarians, and internal departments. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and process referral requests from referring veterinarians and guests
- Review medical records and diagnostic reports to ensure all necessary information is included
- Coordinate with internal departments to schedule appointments, procedures, and consultations for referred patients
- Communicate with referring veterinarians to provide updates on patient status and coordinate post-referral care
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all referral-related activities in the hospital management system
- Work closely with the Guest Services team to provide exceptional service to referring veterinarians and guests
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote referral services and maintain relationships with referring veterinarians
- Assist with training new Guest Services team members on referral processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practices in veterinary referral services
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
- Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
