About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead and manage the recruitment process for our technical teams within University hiring initiatives and programs. In addition to managing full-cycle recruitment for our University initiatives, developing programs, and establishing data and reporting, you will play a pivotal role in helping source and recruit across Machine, Software Engineering, Product, and Data full-time hiring efforts. This includes building a robust top-of-funnel candidate pipeline and closing candidates for Intern, Apprentice, and Full-Time tech positions. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify hiring needs, build strong technical teams, and align recruiting strategies with organizational goals. Scope of Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles at all levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Develop strategies for building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline for full-time tech roles.
- University Hiring & Programs:
- Lead initiatives for University hiring, including campus recruiting, career fairs, and establishing relationships with academic institutions.
- Develop and manage university programs to attract early-career talent and nurture future full-time hires.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations and optimize hiring processes.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Scalable Programs:
- Develop and execute scalable recruiting programs and initiatives that support company growth across technical functions.
- Market Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends, compliance factors, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to continuously inform recruitment strategies.
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse pipeline of candidates.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7 years of technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for technical roles and experience in managing high-volume hiring, especially in tech.
- Demonstrated experience in University hiring and developing programs that attract early-career talent.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a history of developing and leading hiring strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools and technologies. Experience with Greenhouse and GEM is a plus!
