The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the airline industry, specifically in commercial roles such as pricing, revenue management, and strategic partnerships. Prior experience working for Passenger Service Systems (PSS) or Revenue Management System (RMS) vendors will be considered a significant advantage.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Directors, ensuring their alignment with Fetcherr’s strategic objectives.
- Establish performance metrics and oversee regular evaluations to drive accountability and excellence.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with airline partners, positioning Fetcherr as a long-term strategic ally.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across Fetcherr’s product suite to maximize client value.
- Lead contract renewal negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for key accounts, coordinating with internal departments to resolve challenges effectively.
- Drive alignment between Fetcherr’s technology and the client’s commercial goals.
- Monitor performance and ensure clients achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Minimum of 5 years in the airline industry, specifically commercial functions such as pricing, revenue management, or network planning.
- Previous experience working in hi-tech companies - advantage.
- Previous experience working with PSS or RMS IT vendors - advantage.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a track record of aligning solutions to client needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Extensive, accurate product knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
