Seeking a Chemist / Quality Supervisor to oversee dyeing and finishing operations, ensuring color consistency, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include supervising dyehouse personnel, troubleshooting dyeing issues, adjusting formulations, managing inventory, and maintaining production schedules. Requires 5 years of trade experience , 3 years in a supervisory role , and strong knowledge of dyeing, finishing, and chemical processes . Must be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work in an industrial environment.
Must-Have :
- Experience : Minimum 5 years in trade; 3 years in a supervisory role within dye-house or textile industry.
- Degree in Chemistry (Doctorate preferred)
- Experience in textile dyeing finishing
- Strong leadership problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of chemical safety regulations
- Ability to work in high-temperature environments
