The Millwright is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing conveyor systems and mechanical equipment to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime. This field-based role requires 75% travel , strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety protocols. Work involves troubleshooting, fabrication, blueprint reading, rigging, and material handling in industrial environments, heights, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions .
Employees receive :
1.5x pay for overtime (beyond 8 hours)
2x pay on Sundays

Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyor systems.
Install, assemble, and test equipment per blueprints and technical drawings .
Apply advanced rigging techniques and material handling knowledge.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment .
Communicate effectively with teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Document work and train apprentices as needed.
Qualifications
5 years of millwright experience (preferably in conveyor systems or 24 / 7 service industries).
Valid Driver’s License (required).
Strong mechanical, rigging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working overtime, irregular hours, and remote locations .
