We are seeking an experienced Lead Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 5 years of hands-on experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens control systems, as well as a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot and program control systems from scratch, along with the ability to engage with higher-level management and collaborate effectively with personnel across different plants.
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot, design, and program control systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens) from scratch.
- Implement new control systems to improve processes and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop HMI and SCADA systems.
- Apply knowledge of electrical engineering, including power distribution, motor control, and instrumentation, to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for system upgrades and optimization.
- Communicate effectively with higher management and plant personnel to ensure seamless project execution and cross-functional collaboration.
