Key Responsibilities :
- Document Management : Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. File documents electronically and distribute correspondence effectively.
- Scheduling Coordination : Manage calendars, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate workflows to meet deadlines.
- Client Interaction : Serve as a professional and courteous liaison, answering calls, managing messages, and providing relevant information to clients and team members.
- Billing Time Management : Assist with time entry, billing processes, and conflict checks. Manage billing files and process client payments.
- File Organization : Maintain and organize client files, case materials, and administrative documents following firm guidelines.
- Travel Expense Management : Arrange travel schedules and process expense reimbursements for team members.
