Overview
Seeking a skilled leader to manage and guide our Electrical Design team, ensuring successful delivery of complex engineering projects. This role involves overseeing technical activities, maintaining project quality, and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Electrical Design team’s performance and workload.
- Manage electrical engineering tasks for systems such as lighting, power distribution, IT, access control, and safety / security.
- Ensure compliance with codes and standards in all project deliverables.
- Participate in client meetings, providing updates on project progress and technical solutions.
- Identify business opportunities, support marketing efforts, and build client relationships.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members.
