Salary Range: $145,000 - $170,000

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and attorneys to design and execute business development initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to partners to help grow their practices, enhance their visibility, and achieve individual business goals.
- Identify and respond to potential new business opportunities, including cross-marketing initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of key clients, business trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Support attorneys in sharing knowledge to improve client service and elevate practice area expertise.
- Organize, plan, and execute business development events such as speaking engagements, conferences, and panels.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners regarding marketing-related requests.
- Some travel required between New York and New Jersey offices.
- Promote the practice group’s expertise through thought leadership content and other profile-raising opportunities.
- Coordinate with the PR team on media strategies, including press releases and social media engagements.
- Manage practice group awards and directory submissions, sharing best practices across offices.
- Conduct post-transaction reviews to gather client feedback and enhance service delivery.
- Assist in preparing responses to client RFPs and support partners in business development meetings.
- Minimum five years of experience in business development or marketing, ideally in a law firm or professional services setting.
- High energy and professionalism, with a track record of success.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
