Key Responsibilities
- IT Security and Infrastructure Management:
- Deploy and manage Zero Trust networks, IDS/IPS, SASE/VPNs, and security tools.
- Administer identity and access platforms (e.g., JumpCloud, Okta) and conduct security audits for PCI-DSS, ISO27001, and GDPR.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies, addressing vulnerabilities and preventing incidents.
- IT Operations and User Support:
- Set up and manage corporate devices (PC, MacOS, Chromebook) and ensure timely deployment for employees.
- Provide technical support, manage internal infrastructure (e.g., Google Workspace), and oversee permissions/access rights.
- Handle equipment procurement, inventory, and deployment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Leadership and Reporting:
- Deliver IT performance and security reports to stakeholders.
- Stay informed on IT trends, collaborate across teams, and develop security policies tailored to business needs.
- Promote a secure, efficient IT culture while supporting organizational scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field; certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security are a plus.
- 5 years of experience in IT Security/Management with expertise in cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience with IDM, MDM, endpoint security, and compliance with frameworks like PCI DSS, SOC2, SOX, and GDPR.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across locations and time zones.
- Passionate about safeguarding systems and delivering exceptional IT support.
