Physical Therapist– Home Health | Starting at $70/h (DOE)| $5,000 Sign-on

An ideal candidate would have experience in home health settings, possess a strong passion for patient-centered care, and be independent with the ability to manage their schedule. The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to adapt to individual patient needs, and demonstrate strong communication skills for collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your role will include:

• Delivering physical therapy services according to physician's plan of care.
• Treating patients to relieve pain, restore function, and enhance performance.
• Assisting patients with exercises, gait training, and prosthetic training.
• Maintaining clinical records and documentation in a timely manner.
• Participating in team meetings and in-service education programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  
  

QualificationsLicensure

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• Education: Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of PT experience required.
• Certification: Current CPR certification.
• Other: Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle in good working order
