Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and implement IT training programs for employees
✅ Design instructional materials and training guides
✅ Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions
✅ Assess training needs and recommend improvements
✅ Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IT-related queries
✅ Collaborate with IT and HR teams to enhance learning initiatives
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
✔ 2 years of experience in IT training, technical support, or instructional design
✔ Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and IT systems
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Ability to simplify complex IT concepts for non-technical users
