Job Summary
The Chief Cybersecurity Operations Lead will be responsible for managing and leading our MSSP cluster, working closely with multiple customers to resolve complex incidents and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of MDR analysts to ensure high levels of performance and collaboration.
- Manage and resolve L3 level incidents, customer concerns, and SOC operations for customers.
