Responsibilities will include :
- Oversee quality of production
- Manage the onsite staff and backstage / show floor areas during operation hours
- Print and distribute daily paperwork including call sheets
- Maintain props, fabrication, and set during the run
- Oversee resets in between shows
- Work with AV equipment to start and close operations
- Ensure run of show is on time
- Oversee inventory
- Staff management including payroll hours reporting and scheduling
- Ensure safety of the full company
- Complete incident reports on behalf of Crew
- Complete detailed daily show reports for the Production Company
- Assist with Production Load in and Load out
- Oversee set inventory including props and set
Skills / Requirements :
Salary rate : 50k-65k a year
