FZ is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator in the Grand Rapids, MI office. As a key contributor to our electrical projects, the BIM Coordinator is responsible for creating detailed, accurate, and easy to use layout drawings and 3D models of electrical systems consistent with company standards, commitments and project goals.

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with an architecture/engineering consulting firm or contractor – required
- Working knowledge of general construction and ability to read blueprints - required
- Demonstrated proficiency in Autodesk suite of products (Revit, Autocad, Navisworks, etc.) - required
- Highly effective communication skills in all forms (in-person, over the phone, written, etc.) - required
- Successful in both collaborative as well as self-directed work environments - required
- Understanding of electrical systems and installations – strongly preferred
- Participation in BIM Coordination meetings - preferred
- Associates degree in Engineering or related field – preferred
