FZ is looking for a Superintendent for the Charleston office. As the onsite project leader, this role ensures successful project completion by monitoring and overseeing safety, cost, schedule, quality, and field operations.

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 Years of experience as a superintendent of commercial, industrial and/or healthcare projects in excess of $5M required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of building construction methods, NED electrical code, permit requirements, and safety procedures.
- Ability to travel regionally to project sites as needed.
