- Destination Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on various all-inclusive resort destinations to help guests choose the perfect vacation spot
- Reservation Management: Assist guests with booking accommodation, flights, and activities while ensuring accuracy and timely communication
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with guests via email, phone, or messaging apps
- Problem Solving: Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and efficiently to ensure a seamless vacation experience
