Key Responsibilities:
- Sports Event Booking:
- Liaise with clients to understand their sports event preferences and requirements
- Research and book tickets to a wide range of sports events, including games, matches, and tournaments
- Vendor Communication:
- Establish and maintain direct contact with ticket vendors and sports event organizers
- Negotiate ticket prices, group discounts, and special packages on behalf of clients
- Client Relations:
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns
- Keep clients informed about event details, ticket availability, and any changes
- Administrative Tasks:
