Packaging and Shipping Associate
We’re excited to announce that Feynlab is expanding and hiring for multiple positions to support our new facility. As a leader in surface coatings, we’re looking for dedicated, cross-functional team members to assist with product preparation and shipping.
At Feynlab, you’ll receive training across various departments, allowing you to develop diverse skills and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Position Overview :
In this cross-trained role, you’ll be responsible for packaging, organizing, and preparing Feynlab products for delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency in each step of the process.
You’ll work closely with production, packaging, and shipping teams to meet customer orders and maintain adequate stock levels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Package, label, and prepare products to meet Feynlab’s quality standards and production timelines
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely processing and shipping of orders
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in restocking as needed, and communicate supply needs
- Support team training initiatives and maintain a safe, organized workspace
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or logistics environment is a plus
- Ability to adapt and respond to shifting priorities while maintaining efficiency
- Physical ability to lift items and stand for extended periods
- Forklift experience preferred
