M&A Accounting Specialist - CPA

Are you a CPA with extensive experience in transactions related to M&A activities? We need a motivated, innovative and talented individual who can provide financial expertise to the transactional risk insurance team.Experience in Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and related transactions is beneficial.Shall :

• Determine acceptability of Representations and Warranties Insurance and Transactional Risk Insurance options for Mergers and Acquisitions deals using high level financial risk analysis and negotiating with buyers and sellers.
• Work closely with legal counsel and underwriters to perform due diligence reviews of coverage applications.
• Customize RWI policies for approved M&A transactions.Requirements :
• 4 years experience accounting for Mergers and Acquisitions activities.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA designation.
