Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, food preparation, service standards, and cleanliness.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock of food, beverages, and supplies.
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain compliance with regulations and ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
Guest Experience:
Ensure that guests receive exceptional service at all times and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and uphold the restaurant's reputation for friendly service and delicious breakfast offerings.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support personnel.
Create employee schedules, assign duties, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to optimize performance.
Foster a positive work environment based on teamwork, respect, and accountability.
Financial Management:
Monitor financial performance metrics, such as sales, expenses, and profitability, and take appropriate actions to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
Implement cost-control measures to manage food and labor costs effectively.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets and P&L statements, to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Plan and execute promotional events, special offers, and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and repeat business.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that food quality meets or exceeds established standards and that meals are prepared and presented according to recipes and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
Community Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community, businesses, and organizations to promote the restaurant and participate in community events or initiatives.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on breakfast or brunch service.
