Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Support food service operations, including serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and managing inventory.
- Engage with children and families during events, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution.
- Monitor guest activities to maintain safety standards and provide assistance as needed.
- Manage conflicts professionally and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
Experience
- 1 year previous experience in events management or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Experience working in guest services is a plus.
- Skills in conflict management and public speaking are advantageous.
- Basic cash handling experience is preferred.
