Part-Time Appointment Clerk Frozen Foods Express is looking for an Appointment Clerk for our Lithonia, GA location.
SHIFT: Monday thru Friday- 0900 – 1800
Responsibilities:
• Answering calls, directing calls and taking messages
• Data entry, document scanning and filling, mail sorting and distribution
• Responsible for daily hand-on customer related situations, account development and customer satisfaction
• Accurately and timely input all load information into the operating system
• Assist in collecting and maintain current customer information in the operating system
• Communicating with customers, employees and other individuals to answer questions and concerns or provide updates • Provide general clerical duties to support Service Center operations as needed
• Other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong organization skills
• Must be have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• General knowledge of office equipment including phone, fax, scanner, and copier
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Abide by and enforce the policies and procedures of FFE
• Timely and efficient completion of tasks and responsibilities
• Promote teamwork and cooperative effort
